travel-sized swaps to bring with to your local coffee shop

There are simple habits we can create to enhance and protect our whole system.

Plant-based can also translate to highly processed. Over marketed ‘healthier’ foods and large percentage of plant-based alternatives contain the highest levels of glyphosate. 99% of the dairy-free nut milk selection offered at your local shop is less of the nut itself but rather, ingredients to a cascade of events to the overall system. What you're probably drinking is gums, glyphosate, emulsifiers, fillers, rapeseed/canola oil, carrageenan, GMOs, refined sugars, artificial flavors, MSGs, etc.

“Coffee in one hand, confidence in the other.”

Overly marketed, mainstream sugar-free trend – that have a immediate impact in just one sip. Artificial sweeteners (stevia, erythritol, aspartame, sucralose, etc.) are 200 times sweeter than normal sugar. Lab created flavoring and sweetener agents contain MSGs - Each ingredient can contain up to 100 other ingredients - solvents, BHA, MSG, parabens, etc.'

visiting a local organic coffee shop may look like

  • ask for your coffee to be poured in a glass cup or glass mug

  • travel with a reusable glass straw to limit the use of plastic

  • bring your own real-food DF milk, amount you think you will use

  • option to bring organic, raw bee pollen (if there is no known allergy)

  • liquid l-theanine (ignites focus, creativity and calmness)

  • dash of organic cinnamon powder

my typical coffee shop order

  • two shots of espresso over ice and in a class cup. Then I add in my DF milk.

stevia, sugar and franken-syrup alternatives you may ask for

  • organic, raw honey

  • organic, grad-a pure maple syrup

  • cinnamon

Mold, mycotoxins, heavy metals, etc. Coffee beans have grown to become one of the most heavily sprayed crops. It’s important to support local coffee shops that provide organic and biodynamic coffee beans when possible.

Nobody wants to drink…
