even when it looks 'crazy' to others, know it will be worth it in the end

Being different scares people. The moment you engage in a certain lifestyle, action, or belief, you are labeled. Judgment is most likely to follow, especially to those who are different.

When you hop out of the mainstream or Standard American Lifestyle, you begin to enhance your nutritional wisdom to nourish the one whole system: body-mind-spirit. You only want to eat and drink information that will enhance the system.

“You don’t become unstoppable by following the crowd, you get there by doing something better than anyone else can do it, and proving every day why you are the best at what you can do.”

Cooking at home starts to sparks your creative mind, connection, and growth. Eating out becomes less of a desire because you are limited to places that have the same spiritual energy and purpose as you.

perspective is powerful

You begin to engage in certain habits that only you can truly understand. Your circle of friends becomes smaller, you prioritize real things that matter, and you grow to thrive off being different.

Labels: Disorders, illnesses, dietary lifestyle, religious beliefs, political views, etc. When someone is in a vulnerable state, the wrong entities infiltrate.

No matter their views, if they are truly a good person with quality intentions, that should be a reason to support them. Others make comments and then question your happiness because you do not eat the same foods as them , you don’t work a soul-sucking job, and you are not a part of the mainstream culture.

Instead, you prioritize things that truly matter. God, faith, family, health, purpose.

Perspective.

Even when it looks crazy to others, have the confidence to know it will be worth it in the end.

It’s a lifestyle, not an experiment. Remember: You’ll never walk alone.
